Being made to order lamps, we work closely with our clients to ensure they are aware of their unique character when placing an order. Part of the essence of the product is the freedom of the master artisans to combine colors and patterns when weaving the lamps. Therefore, we put great effort in working hand by hand with our customers so that they can personalize their order as per our availability.
According to the Spanish Law 3/2014 from March 27th (article 103) which amends the LOCM art. 45, personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned. If a purchase is made according to clear specifications or customization, (Patterns, colors, cable length) once manufactured, even if it has not been delivered, the purchase can’t be cancelled.
The characteristics, measures and prices of the products are detailed on our website/catalogue and technical sheets. The customer declares to know the level of customization of the product, measures, formats and materials that make up the order according to the specifications expressed on the web and purchase order.
We recommend the customer previews any orders before adding them to the shopping cart and proceeding with the purchase. Please notice that the client will be responsible for any change of mind or wrong selection. They can always count on the advice of our Customer Service department at any time through firstname.lastname@example.org to solve any doubts during the purchase process.
Returns or refunds
Before leaving our facilities our team tests carefully the electrical performance of each lampshade. In case of damage during transit, the user must make a claim on the delivery note upon receipt of order and notify the transport company immediately. We should also be contacted at email@example.com or phone +34 911 735 273 to provide the order number and inform about the problem. After checking where the issue comes from we will provide an appropriate solution.
Delivery and tracking information
Aligned with our ethos, we take great care in using plastic-free sustainable packaging. Each lamp is carefully packed in a double-wall cardboard box with recyclable paper labels. Our standard lead time is 2-3 weeks after payment confirmation plus transit time. However, this is subject to change depending on the demand of our products and country of destination.
If the shipment is carried by us, we will send the tracking information 1-2 days after the order is shipped. Please note that for some destinations within Europe we are not able to provide tracking. Depending on the location, delivery will be within two (2) to seven (7) business days for items In stock. That being said the estimated delivery date is not guaranteed, and inventory shortages or events beyond our control could impact the delivery date. PET Lamp is not liable for delivery later than the estimated delivery date, or for any loss, damage, or penalty the customer may incur from a delay in shipment or delivery. Even though we do not hold responsibility for any of these issues, we offer full assistance to our customers on a case by case basis.
