Frequently Asked Questions

We ship worldwide! We are a Spanish based company, but our customers are located all around the world. Shipping costs and homologation will depend on the country of destination.

Our lamps are woven in different countries around the world, depending on the collection. Then we receive them in our studio in Madrid, Spain, where the orders are shipped in-house.

Aligned with our ethos, we take great care in using plastic-free sustainable packaging. Each lamp is carefully packed in a double-wall cardboard box with recyclable paper labels.

Our standard lead time is 2-3 weeks since payment confirmation. However, this is subject to change depending on the demand of our products and country of destination

We will send you a shipment email with tracking information 1-2 days after your order is shipped. Please note that for some destinations within Europe we are not able to provide tracking.

Our lamps are not IP rated, which means they are not recommended for outdoor use. The primary material of our lamps is natural fibers, and when exposed to water or direct sunlight, the fibers could become damaged. Nevertheless, they should be fine if they are placed under a roof outdoors without direct sunlight or high humidity.

We work with our clients to ensure we send them exactly what they expect. This being said, we cannot guarantee a cancellation once the order is confirmed. To make any changes to your order or to ask about the cancellation policy, please contact us at info@acdo.es

All of our bulbs are dimmable filament bulbs. The small bulb that most of the PET Lamps use is a LED filament bulb shape T25 with an E14 socket, 4W and 2700K. Some models use a larger bulb called LED filament bulb shape T45 with E27 socket, 6W and 2700K. The Chimbarongo Triple fits a LED filament bulb shape T30 with an E27 socket, 8W and 2700K.

Of course! If you send us a document with a plan of the space including dimensions we can draw on it and give you an idea of a set that would fit the space perfectly. Although we have downloadable 3D drawings of our lamps on our website, we do not provide rendering services.

Depending on the model, quantity and specifications, we could study the possibility of a custom made lamp. Price and delivery time would differ from the products on our catalog/website.

This defines the homologation of the lamp according to the country where it will be installed. The letters CE means that the product meets the European Union's safety standards and UL means the product meets American market standards.

At PET Lamp, we believe in repurposing as opposed to recycling. To approach the global problem surrounding PET plastic waste, PET Lamp works with local artisans to give new life to plastic bottles in local regions. By Incorporating traditional weaving techniques passed on through generations, we believe we are creating opportunities for present and future generations.

It depends on the type and quantity of lamps they produce, in any case we make sure that it is above the minimum wage of each country.
